International orders will be sent by the Royal Mail using first class standard post. We retain proof of postage for all orders made via this website. If you would like to upgrade your postage method please email us ahead of placing your order

You are responsible for any fees or taxes that arise from this order once in your country.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. If an item or items are damaged when received, New Beacon Books will fully refund your credit/debit card to match the value of the book as indicated on the receipt. Refunds will include postage costs and will be issued once the damaged item(s) has/have been returned to New Beacon Books. Please send an email outlining the issue within three days of receiving the damaged item to obtain return authorisation.
